Are your items "real?"
Most of our products are designer-inspired replicas that are not authentic. Some of the phones we sell are authentic.
How much is shipping?
Listed prices on the site now include the cost of shipping. Now the price you see is the price you pay!
How do you ship?
Orders are sent to your provided address through USPS. We do not ship outside the US.
How long will it take to receive my order?
Because of the large variety of items we offer, we usually special-order your items from our distributor. You should expect your order about 14 business days after your payment is received/the order is processed, although sometimes orders arrive sooner. If we have your entire order in stock you should receive your items within 3 business days. If you are worried about when you will receive your order please contact us for specifics.
Do you accept returns on your items?
We encourage all questions to be asked before your order is placed to ensure your satisfaction. If you receive the wrong item, we will accept the return of the item and refund your money as long as all packaging and tags are intact.
Do you have a minimum order amount?
Our boutique does not require a minimum order amount, but big orders will receive discounts.
Do you offer discounts on bulk orders?
Yes! Send us an email before placing orders on 5 or more items to take advantage of our bulk discount.

How do I pay for my order?
The Luxe Life boutique accepts paypal. It's easy and safe to pay with paypal even if you don't have an account. Click the "buy now" button under items you wish to purchase and complete the transaction. Unfortunately you must pay separately for each item you purchase when using the "buy now" buttons. Don't worry, though - we will ship your items together. You can also email us a list of the items you wish to purchase, and we will send you an invoice for the entire amount so that you can complete the order in one transaction. I don't have a credit card. Can I pay with cash or check instead?

Can I pick up my order instead of paying shipping?
If you are able to receive your items in person you may receive a discount from the listed prices
if you contact us before paying for your items.
